These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UNBET mobile application and related services (the "App").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.

2. About UNBET

UNBET is a self-guided behavioral support tool designed to help users pause and interrupt impulsive behavioral patterns, particularly those related to gambling behavior.

UNBET:

  • Does not provide medical advice
  • Does not provide psychological therapy
  • Does not provide financial or investment advice

The App is not a substitute for professional treatment.

If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, crisis, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using UNBET, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

Some features require creating an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Be responsible for activity under your account

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from failure to protect your login information.

5. Subscription & Billing

UNBET offers subscription access, including monthly and yearly plans.

Free Trial

If offered, subscriptions may begin with a 7-day free trial.

After the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial expires.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the relevant app store before the renewal date.

Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled through:

  • Google Play Store or
  • Apple App Store

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds

All billing and refund handling is managed exclusively by the platform provider.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account within the App.

Upon deletion:

  • Cloud-stored data will be permanently removed
  • Associated community content will be deleted

Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions. Subscription management must be handled through the respective app store.

7. Community Content

If you use Community features:

  • You are responsible for content you post
  • Content must comply with Community Guidelines
  • We may remove content that violates guidelines or poses safety risks

We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.

You grant us a limited license to display your submitted content within the App.

8. AI-Generated Content

AI chat responses are automatically generated and may:

  • Contain inaccuracies
  • Misinterpret user input
  • Provide incomplete guidance

AI responses are provided for informational purposes only.

You remain responsible for evaluating AI responses and any decisions made based on them.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App for lawful purposes
  • Not misuse or disrupt the App
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer the App
  • Not promote illegal gambling activities
  • Not attempt to bypass subscription systems

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • The App is misused
  • Harmful or unlawful behavior occurs

We may remove accounts or content to maintain platform safety.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, and branding within UNBET are owned by or licensed to Axoria Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no guarantees that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted
  • The App will be error-free
  • The App will prevent gambling behavior
  • The App will achieve specific outcomes

Use of the App is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axoria Labs shall not be liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages
  • Gambling-related losses
  • Financial losses
  • Emotional or psychological harm
  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own actions and decisions.

14. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate or link to third-party services such as payment platforms.

We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Axoria Labs operates, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
